    Staff just don't listen what you ask for . I don't know who was having the most trouble me or the other customer , staff are just hopeless

    Paid $13 (maybe more) for what was supposed to be $6 for three bottles of warm lemonade to be cooled in the fridge later. I said for the service attended not to worry about the chocolate bars & I still got charged for them. The chocolate bars were badly priced as 2x4 but not the Cherry Ripe ones apparently & it was very miss leading. I think I'll avoid that one again, gave up on it after they seemed to let the hoons run rampant after letting them fill up - also had a road rage incident there once once with one driver wanting me to reverse out with no petrol onto a main road just so he could purchase a news paper. I had just realised the mistake after I had left but I guess they are profiting from me tonight. $6 should mean $6 not $13. I was given no receipt. The other OTR at Firle is much quieter & has less street racing so its safer & much quicker more professional service. Newton OTR is terrible.
