  Poor. My husband had a simple blood test and was told he would receive a call with the results, but never did. When I called two weeks later I was told he would need to make a second appointment to hear the results (my husband was never told this). I would assume that if everything was OK, they could simply tell him over the phone - if not, then I understand that the doctor would want to speak to him in person. I explained that my husband travels a lot for work and it's very difficult for him to attend another appointment if nothing is wrong. I asked to speak with a manager and was placed on hold. The receptionist picked back up and said that his doctor had walked by and that my husband's results were fine - all good. All of that for nothing.

  This place would get 5 stars if it was not so hard to get an appointment. Fancy needing a password to book on line!!!!

  Now I realise some proof of identity must be necessary in these situations but there is such a thing as courtesy and politeness. The question could have been phrased in several different pleasant ways.The reception area was empty of patients at the time so rudeness due to pressure of work, which is not allowable anyway, cannot be held to blame. This woman was just plain rude and staff must realise that without patients they would not have a job.
